Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche: Another Representative of Positive Psychology in Asia

Apart from Thích Nhất Hạnh, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is another well-known master who walks the talk of positive psychology in a Buddhist way.

Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is a teacher and master of the Karma Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. He is renowned for his unique teachings that weave together his Buddhist trainings with modern scientific research in psychology, relating both to the practice of meditation.
